I hold a Bachelors degree in Creative Writing/English, a minor in film studies, and a Masters in Education. I have extensive experience writing, editing, and analyzing literary works, along with basic mathematical skills (early algebra). I have limited technical writing experience along with extensive creative writing experience.
Experience
I have considerable tutoring experience on a non-professionals basis (running study groups, proofreading academic papers, participating in writing workshops) and understand the dynamics of a strong education and the needed study habits to produce the best results for each individual person (there is and never will be a single method of studying that works for everyone, and only by creating individual methods for each person can you hope for the best results). I have taught classes ranging from thirty students to one-on-one after school support. I have extensive knowledge of what skills a student needs in order to advance within the field of education and improve their grades. I'm available for local in person tutoring as well as online tutoring through programs such as Skype.
